American Chas Guldemond Jumps To Victory While A World Record Broken At The Boost Mobile Sno Sho At Perisher Blue

Perisher, NSW (Sunday August 31st) American snowboarder Chas Guldemond (Lake Tahoe, USA) out-jumped a 30-strong international field to win the 2008 Boost Mobile Sno Sho presented by Samsung at Perisher Blue last night.

The rising American star upstaged his opponents in the fourth annual game show style event staged under lights with a stunning performance.

Perisher, NSW, (Saturday August 30th): Snowboarding wildcard winners Nate Perry (Bondi, NSW) and Riley Randell (Berrara, NSW) will be out to shine in tonight’s main event of the Boost Mobile Sno Sho presented by Samsung.

In last night’s twilight trials, 25 year-old Perry, soared high over Perisher Blue’s front valley for a convincing win over Randell in the final. The top two place-getters claiming wildcards into tonight’s main event to be staged under lights from 6pm.

Main Event Perisher Front Valley, Saturday August 30th, Under Lights!

THE Boost Mobile SNOSHO will once again light up the terrain park on Perisher Blue’s Front Valley in what is dubbed the premier event on the Australasian snowboard calendar.

The 'game show' style event, running from August 29-30, is all about the best snowboarders, extreme manoeuvres, bright lights, longest rail slides and spectator action.

This year's SNOSHO boasts a who’s who of elite invitational boarder’s, such as Boost Team Riders; Max Cookes, Mitch Allan and Jye Kearney along with 19 Australian and International invitees.
